This course satisfies the training requirement to obtain your Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit. In this 3-hour course, you will learn everything you need to know about firearm safety and concealed carry in VA. No experience is necessary, you do not need to own a gun, and this covers both resident and non-resident permits. When you complete the course, you will receive a certificate which you turn in along with your permit application to your local courthouse. Virginia residents should receive their permits within 45 days. Taught by an experienced DCJS-certified firearms instructor. The Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit is currently accepted in 36 states.
